“Do I look different, Honey?” That’s what I say when I come back from the salon or from gettting a mani/pedi. Usually, my husband notices right away. He is very observant. Then again, how could he not be when I go to the salon as a blonde and come back as a brunette? But, this isn’t about my hair. Julie and I have been talking about this whole homeschooling thing and we are in agreement that we need to chronicle this adventure.

Did ya’ll notice that we have a new page?!
It’s called, “Mommy, Esquire’s Adventures in Homeschooling.”
I will be the first to delve into the homeschooling world and Julie has asked that I let you (and her) know the nitty gritty. It’s a done deal. I’ll try to let you know how it is going for the family. Of course, please be aware that this page may have one or two entries before I finally write, “I gave it my best shot. The boys are back in school. Whew! I think I’ll take a nap now. Thank you very much.”
I’ll try to be witty and fun and…..brutally honest. It’s not always going to be peachy keen and I am very aware of this little fact. However, I’m kinda excited, people. Did I happen to mention that I am very overwhelmed, too? Like I said…I’ll be honest. Anyway, I’ll give it the ol’ college try.
